  • About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with a strong business foundation and a proven track record in turning data into actionable insights. As an MBA-qualified professional, you'll be expected to bridge the gap between data and strategy, supporting cross-functional teams with meaningful analytics that drive business outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities:


• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic and operational decisions.


• Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports to stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.


• Collaborate with business units (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.


• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support initiatives like market entry, pricing, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling exercises.


• Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.


• Translate analytical findings into business presentations and strategy decks for leadership

• Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting channels.
• Recommend and implement data process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:


• MBA from a recognized institution with a focus on Business Analytics, Finance, or Operations.
• Strong command over SQL and data querying languages.


• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


• Solid understanding of statistical techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, clustering).


• Experience in using Python/R for data manipulation and analytics (preferred but not mandatory).


• Strong business acumen with the ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:


• Experience working in cross-functional teams or matrixed environments.


• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or BI systems.


• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
