Associate Director

Unified Fintech Forum is seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable professional to join its leadership team as Associate Director. The role is ideal for a candidate with expertise in financial inclusion, banking, fintech, and MSME financing in India. The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in policy advocacy, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives. This position demands a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can multitask across multiple priorities, and delivers results with minimal supervision.

Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership:

  • Drive initiatives in financial inclusion, MSME financing, and fintech-led credit innovation.

  • Provide thought leadership on financial sector reforms and emerging regulatory frameworks.

  • Mentor and guide team members to build high-performance outcomes.

  • Policy, Regulatory & Industry Engagement:

  • Track and analyze regulatory developments (RBI, SEBI, DFS, etc.) and assess their impact.

  • Build strong working relationships with NBFCs, fintechs, regulators, investors, and policymakers.
  • Confidently interact with CXO-level executives and represent UFF in external forums.
  • Prepare and present policy briefs, advocacy documents, and reports.
