Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in the Udaipur division. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales targets, training and guiding agents to improve performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Agency Manager will also analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase market share.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong sales and marketing acumen
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
