8. Financial Transactions:

Oversee the collection of co-pays and other payments from patients, ensuring accurate and secure handling of financial transactions.

9. Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on front office performance, including metrics related to patient satisfaction and efficiency.

10. Compliance:

Ensure that front office operations comply with healthcare regulations, including patient privacy and other industry-specific requirements.
