Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist located in Morena Tehsil. The Agronomist will be responsible for conducting soil science and plant nutrition research, developing irrigation plans, and implementing best agricultural practices. Additional duties include analyzing data to support agricultural projects, advising farmers on crop management, and staying updated with the latest advancements in agronomy.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Soil Science and Agriculture
  • Knowledge of Irrigation and Plant Nutrition
  • Strong Research skills in agronomy-related fields
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills to educate and support farmers
  • Practical experience in agricultural projects and crop management
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Morena Tehsil
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
