Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, and equity research to support investment banking deals.
  • Prepare financial models using MS Excel for M&A transactions and capital raisings.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and client communication.
  • Develop strong understanding of industries such as Consumer Durables & Retail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in Investment Banking or related field (Consultancy/Management).
  • MBA/ M Com / Masters / PGDM in Finance
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
