Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and press releases
  • Conduct peer benchmarking, industry research, and shareholder analysis
  • Draft responses to investor queries in coordination with internal departments (finance, strategy, legal, etc.)
  • Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and stock performance to provide regular insights to management
  • Help maintain investor relations databases, investor contact lists, and meeting trackers
  • Collaborate with finance and corporate strategy teams for data gathering and analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of AGM/EGM documents, annual reports, transcripts, and investor feedback reports

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field, or a post-graduate degree in Management

  • 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance
  • Understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
