Key Responsibilities

 Issue sales invoices in Tally based on purchase orders.

 Record purchases and update in Tally.

 Book bank transactions in Tally.

 Manage petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.

 Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.

 Assist with compliance – basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting

standards is required.

 Perform monthly and quarterly ledger reconciliations.

 Work under the guidance of a Senior Accountant.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com

preferred).

 0–2 years of relevant work experience (freshers may also apply).

 Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).

 Basic understanding of TDS and GST compliance.

 Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

 Comfortable working on computers for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹280,000.00 per year
