Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support backend accounting operations. The role primarily involves handling high-volume data migration tasks, including converting files, managing accounting data, and supporting system transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately convert data from PDF to Excel while maintaining formatting and integrity.
  • Manage and update backend accounting data in a structured manner.
  • Assist in QuickBooks (QB) migration, ensuring smooth transfer of records without data loss.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions preferred).
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks and accounting data handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping support roles.
  • Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
