We are looking for an Assistant Manager Leasing to join our Airport Land Development – Business Development/Leasing team at Delhi International Airport, Aerocity. The role will focus on achieving monetization and revenue targets through Grade A commercial office space leasing and active engagement with IPCs, channel partners, and occupier representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive prospect generation through IPC engagement, channel partners, trade forums, and research tools.
  • Support commercial negotiations, leasing documentation, and deal closure for office spaces, build-to-suit, and commercial projects.
  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals (print/digital) and support branding initiatives.
  • Manage client interactions, site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders – Legal, Finance, Design, and Operations – for smooth transaction execution.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in commercial office leasing and leasing documentation.
  • Network with channel partners, IPCs, and CRE occupier representatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; good to have skills in financial modelling, cashflow, and deal structuring.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/PG in relevant field.
  • 8-14 years of experience in Grade A commercial office leasing with proven deal closure record.

Location: New Udaan Bhawan (Opposite Terminal 3), Delhi International Airport, New Delhi.
