
Sr. Accounts Executive

Accounts Assistants usually have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Qualifications
- Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or relevant role.
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable /receivable principles.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
