Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Noida. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, field service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. The Service Engineer will interact with customers, providing excellent communication and service to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Noida
- Relevant experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
