About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
