Showroom Sales Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at Estre Global. This opportunity is exclusively open to women candidates who are passionate about sales, customer service, and interior design. As a vital part of our showroom operations, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction and Sales Support:
- Educate customers about our products and services, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
- Assist in product customization, including fabric selection and color coordination, to suit customer preferences and interior themes.
- Provide personalized advice to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
2. Order Processing and Coordination:
- Share detailed sales information with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Address interior design-related queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:
- Manage customer leads effectively, ensuring consistent follow-ups to guide them toward purchase decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with Field Sales Executives when needed for further customer support.
4. Skill Development and Growth Opportunities:
- Build expertise in interior design, color coordination, and showroom management.
- Prepare for future roles such as Showroom Manager or handling Project Orders through continuous learning and skill enhancement.
5. Visual Merchandising and Display:
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom by organizing product displays and creating an inviting store ambiance.
- Leverage design skills to curate attractive displays and promotional setups.
6. Customer Feedback and Relationship Management:
- Collect feedback on product quality, design, and customer experience to drive improvements.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and consistent follow-ups
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential.
- Strong interest in interior design, color coordination, and customer service.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
