Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IoT Engineer with a strong background in Electronics and Communication Engineering to design, develop, and implement IoT systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microcontrollers, processors, sensors, calibration, and circuit designing, along with expertise in simulation tools and designing software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop IoT systems integrating sensors, microcontrollers, processors, and electronic circuits.
  • Work on circuit designing, PCB layout, and simulation for IoT devices.
  • Calibrate and test sensors for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop firmware and software for microcontrollers to interface with hardware components.
  • Collaborate with the product engineering team to prototype, test, and deploy IoT solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize IoT hardware and software systems.
  • Prepare documentation and contribute to continuous product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, ICs, microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and processors.
  • Proficiency in circuit designing, simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Proteus, Multisim, LTSpice), and PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
  • Hands-on experience in sensor integration, calibration, and signal processing.
  • Understanding of IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with embedded C/C++ or Python for microcontroller programming.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google IoT Core).
  • Knowledge of low-power IoT device design and optimization.
  • Exposure to real-time operating systems (RTOS).
