Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Operations Executive to manage hiring, coordination, and smooth day-to-day functioning of our business and partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as the communication bridge between our internal teams, business developers, and external channel partners — ensuring all operations, relationships, and meetings run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Recruitment & Client Onboarding

Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate hiring for new team members, business partners, and associates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from screening to onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication.

2.⁠ ⁠Partner & Relationship Coordination

Act as the key link between Business Development Executives and Channel Partners.

Monitor partner relationships and ensure smooth communication flow.

Schedule and coordinate regular meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions between teams and partners.

3.⁠ ⁠Operational Support & Administration

Maintain meeting schedules, follow-ups, and documentation for all operational activities.

Ensure smooth internal operations through proper coordination between departments.

Track attendance, leaves, and performance records of team members.

4.⁠ ⁠HR Management & Reporting

Assist in payroll preparation and maintain employee records.

Manage basic HR operations such as joining formalities, HR letters, and compliance documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or coordination roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
