Bring your whole self to work, because we believe that's how the best ideas happen and how we'll continue to lead in the employee wellness space Your Impact: What You'll Do This role will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders within the designated accounts,, with a strong emphasis on supporting the India-based teams. This role acts as a strategic partner, employee champion, and change agent, providing comprehensive HR generalist support across all facets of the employee lifecycle. The Senior People Success Partner will proactively address people-related matters, provide strategic advice on organizational needs, drive key HR initiatives, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, capable of operating both strategically and tactically. Key Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the dedicated HR point of contact and build strong, credible relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees in both the Philippines and India. Act as the frontline HR representative, effectively addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Proactively partner with leaders to understand their business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives. Maintain regular communication (monthly and bi-weekly check-ins) with leaders to ensure alignment on company and team initiatives, gather feedback, and increase HR visibility. Collaborate effectively with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Experience) to deliver integrated HR solutions. 2. Action Planning on Employee Survey: Analyze employee survey results for the assigned teams, identifying key trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with leaders to develop and implement targeted action plans to address feedback and enhance employee engagement. Monitor the progress of action plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders on their impact. Contribute to the overall organizational strategy for improving employee engagement based on survey insights. 3. Manpower Capacity Planning: Collaborate with technology leaders to understand current and future manpower needs based on project pipelines, business growth, and strategic objectives. Conduct manpower capacity needs analysis, identifying potential gaps and surpluses in talent. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leaders on workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, organizational structure, and talent sourcing strategies. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective recruitment to meet identified needs. 4. Performance Management Manage the full performance management cycle for assigned teams, from probationary reviews to annual performance appraisals. Guide managers and employees through the goal-setting process (annually), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the SMART criteria. Provide coaching and support to managers on conducting effective performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and developing employee performance improvement plans when necessary. Ensure fair and consistent application of the performance management process across the assigned business units. 5. Organizational Development: Identify organizational development needs such as team effectiveness, leadership development, and change management. Support organizational design initiatives to optimize team structures and workflows. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development interventions to enhance overall effectiveness. 6. Employee Engagement (India Focus): Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives specifically for the India-based technology teams, ensuring alignment with global engagement strategies. Plan, organize, and execute quarterly and annual employee engagement activities and events in India, considering local culture and preferences. Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through feedback mechanisms and metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee morale and retention within the India teams. Retention Planning: Monitor attrition rates within the technology teams and identify potential drivers of turnover. Develop and implement proactive retention strategies and initiatives to address identified risks and improve employee retention. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to understand reasons for attrition and identify areas for improvement. Report on high-level organizational needs related to retention, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Coaching and Employee Relations: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on a variety of people management topics, including performance management, employee relations issues, and team dynamics. Coach leaders on how to effectively handle difficult conversations with employees, providing frameworks and support. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Conduct thorough investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions. What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources or related field Why Join SAVii?
