Academic Head

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Head to lead and manage the academic operations of TTA Chinchwad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic planning experience, and the ability to guide faculty/students toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic schedules, curricula, and teaching standards.
- Lead and mentor faculty teams across all courses.
- Ensure high-quality teaching, practical training, and student satisfaction.
- Coordinate workshops, events, exhibitions, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to introduce new courses and upgrade existing programs.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain academic records.
- Drive innovation, creativity, and excellence within all academic activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design/ Interior Design
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in academic coordination or academic leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple departments.
- Experience in skill-based institutes (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹46,620.17 per month
