Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Events, located at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive event bookings, build and maintain client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the success of events. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, negotiating contracts, and identifying new market opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and clients
- Event planning and management expertise, including the ability to coordinate logistics, budgets, and customer requirements
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to achieve sales targets effectively
- Understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry; prior experience in hotel-based event sales is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
