Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Kochi. As an HR Manager at Maditrones, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment process, fostering a positive working culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also handle employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy
- Skills in Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding processes
- Expertise in Performance Management and Training & Development
- Strong understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
