About Us:
Lyra Salon is a leading unisex salon in Kochi, known for its professional services, modern styling, and vibrant work culture. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for salon and support staff.
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Support management in manpower planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 +years above of experience in HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of Labour Law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
