Role & responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facilities-related services.
- Manage office space planning, moves, and reconfigurations to accommodate business needs and optimize workspace utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address BMS (Building Management Services) maintenance issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for workplace safety.
- Manage access control systems, security protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Oversee the management of office equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistical arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensure timely replenishment, and optimize procurement processes for cost-effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Should have 6-8 years of experience in Admin/Facilities
Must be a Graduate with good communication skills
Notice Period: Immediate
Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City)
Shift; Night (Willing to work in Night Shift with own commute)
Work from Office .
