  • Provide expert-level support and training to end-users on Excel functionality, best practices, and the efficient use of data analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective Excel solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Excel-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of critical business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Excel features, updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Excel models.
  • Conduct data cleansing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in Excel models and reports.
  • Document all Excel models, macros, and processes clearly and concisely for future reference and maintenance purposes.
