Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to utilize lead generation tools effectively to identify and attract prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships seamlessly.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for managing inbound marketing, sales, and services.
- Strong customer engagement skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven capability in cold calling to initiate and convert sales leads into successful deals.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture prospective client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize CRM software to track the progress of leads and adapt strategies to convert them into sales.
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor suitable recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure clients expectations are met with utmost satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales database and client information for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs to ensure continual progression and success.
