Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in all members and guests, providing a positive and welcoming environment at all
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and respond to emails regarding membership, classes, and general questions.resumetrick+1
- Manage member accounts, updates, and resolve any concerns or issues
- Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and payments, maintaining accurate records throughout.resumebuild+2
- Schedule appointments for tours, classes, assessments, or personal training sessions, coordinating with trainers as needed.exercise+1
- Promote and provide information about gym services, classes, and special offers to members and prospects.worldgymptfitness.careerplug+1
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the front desk and reception area, monitoring facility
- Handle cash transactions, inventory sales (like smoothies or gym merchandise), and basic accounting tasks.worldgymptfitness.careerplug+1
- Support daily gym operations, such as opening/closing procedures, restocking supplies, and reporting issues.exercise+1
Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency, including membership and scheduling software.exercise+1

- Prior experience in customer service or gym/reception settings is preferred but not always
