Clarivate is looking for a highly motivated Senior Team Lead to join a research team dedicated to the U.S. provider industry. This role will be expected to contribute to custom and syndicated market research with a particular focus on U.S. healthcare revenue cycle, care quality, and/or supply chain. The role will also be expected to manage a team of experts in these areas by directing and reviewing the team's work to achieve key targets and objectives.

About You - Education, Experience, Skills

  • Undergraduate degree is required—preferably in English, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, US revenue cycle or clinical field.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Strong secondary research skills and ability to do qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple projects and priorities with limited oversight.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Team management – Lead, direct, and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.
  • Primary and Secondary Research - Research growing and dynamic trends within the provider industry, including changing regulatory requirements.
  • Primary and Secondary Research - Conduct polling, surveys, and first-person interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts to report on key findings.
  • Written Analysis - Gather, prioritize, and review information to produce qualitative and quantitative analyses for U.S. hospitals and health systems.
  • Client Support - Interact regularly with clients to understand their needs, deliver targeted information and solutions, and use feedback to improve research products.

About the team

This is a growing team for the Healthcare Business Insights research team, supporting healthcare leaders at 1,900 hospitals and healthcare systems from the supervisor level to executive level. The team is made up of individuals throughout the U.S. and India.

Hours of Work 

This is a full-time permanent position, with flexible 8 working hours/day
