Business Development Manager – Architectural Hardware

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Expand business through architects, contractors, builders, and fabricators.
  • Manage relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and fabricators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and projects, converting them into clients.
  • Carry out post-order management activities.
  • Track new infrastructure developments and develop a database to aid sales.
  • Achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Possess strong skills in business development, architectural hardware, furniture, glass, interiors, wood, contractors, doors, plywood, and hardware.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and achieve business goals is essential.
