Position/Profile Title: Head - Analytics

Location
: Ahmedabad

Experience
: 15-20 years

Reporting To
: Chief Information Officer

Essential Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Essential Area of Expertise:

  • Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc., SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation.

Desired Area of Expertise:

  • Having worked in SAP S4Hanna environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across business units.

Data Governance & Architecture:

  • Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Advanced Analytics & BI:

  • Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics.
  • Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting.

Team Management:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities.
