Position Overview -

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in accounting, as well as individuals preparing for their CA exams or those eager to start a career in accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required, with opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.

We prefer candidates from Navi Mumbai.

Job Description :

  • Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform data entry and assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
  • Assist in generating and reviewing financial reports as required.
  • Provide support for audit and tax preparation activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various finance-related projects.

Requirement -

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Preferred: Candidates preparing for CA exams or who have recently completed relevant certifications.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
