Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Customer Support Specialist to join our team for the US and UK voice process. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for solving customer issues, and the ability to work in night shifts, wed love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the US and UK markets.
  • Provide effective resolutions to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
