Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Delhi (Overseas Process)

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our overseas operations team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record of generating business leads and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and close business opportunities in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • All previous company documents must be submitted (experience letters, salary slips, relieving letters, etc.).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours depending on international time zones.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in overseas/foreign client handling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹47,000.00 per month
