**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Location**: Delhi (Overseas Process)
**Salary**: Up to ₹5 LPA
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, generate, and close business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in international sales or business development.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** - both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- All previous company documents must be submitted (experience letters, salary slips, relieving letters, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on international time zones.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in overseas/foreign client handling is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
