We are looking for Lead Quality Engineer with 69 years of experience to design and execute test automation solutions across Web, Windows, and Mobile platforms. The role emphasizes hands-on automation using Python, PyTest, and Appium, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web, Windows, and Mobile applications.
  • Build and execute test scripts using Python, PyTest, and Appium to validate functionality and system stability.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in end-to-end regression testing and ensure automation coverage across streams.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.
  • Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and report defects effectively.
  • Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, cases, and execution reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of overall QA experience with strong hands-on automation exposure.
  • Proficiency in Python and test automation frameworks (PyTest is mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Appium for Mobile testing (iOS & Android).
  • Experience in Web automation (Selenium with Python or equivalent).
  • Exposure to Windows application automation (PyWinAuto / WinAppDriver / White Framework).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
