About the Role

Lichen Insurance Broking is looking for an energetic
Sales Executive
with at least
1 year of experience in insurance sales
. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to convert potential leads into satisfied policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote life, health, motor, and other insurance products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and premium options clearly and persuasively.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and achieve monthly conversion targets.
  • Use
    MS Excel
    to track leads and sales, and
    Word/PowerPoint
    to prepare basic reports or presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies during every interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum
    1 year of telecalling/inside sales experience in insurance
    .
  • Excellent spoken and written
    communication skills
    in English and local language(s).
  • Confident telephone manner and strong persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
