Job Description for Customer Service Representative
Manage amounts of incoming calls. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
1. **Designation: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Experience:
Fresher or minimum 6 months - 3 years of experience.
- Qualification:
HSC Fresher/Graduate Fresher or BPO Experience
Process: Inbound Process (Example-Urban Clap in India) dealing customers' queries, customers call you to get information of electrician, plumber, AC Technician, Door Problems and Technical Problems etc.
Shift Timings: US 24/7 Rotational Shifts with any 8 hours working hours (7 hours working with 1 hour break).
4:30pm - 12:30am {Evening shift}
6:30pm - 2:30am {Evening shift}
8.30pm - 4.30am {Evening shift}
10.30pm - 6.30am (Evening shift}
12:30am - 8:30am {Night Shift}
Week Offs: Rotational week offs. 6-week offs in a month (in two weeks, 5 days working and another two weeks, 6 days working).
Salary:
HSC/Graduate Fresher - 20,000 Net. (Depends on interview)
HSC/Graduate Experience - 24,000 Net till 27,000 Net.(Depends on interview)
Round of Interview: Hr and Operations
Work Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
