We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist for Jewellery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and promptly entering, updating, and maintaining critical business information on Gati Software for Jewellery. This data is essential for the smooth operation of our jewellery brand, impacting everything from inventory control to production tracking. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity are paramount for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Maintenance:
  • Accurately input and update all product-related data, including product codes, designs, metal type, weight, and pricing.
  • Process and record incoming and outgoing inventory movements, ensuring real-time stock accuracy.
  • Enter and track production data, including work orders issues, Inwards, Memos, Bag Issues & Finalisations, and record the status of each piece throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Handle data entry for sales orders, customer returns, and quality control checks.
  • Data Integrity and Auditing:
  • Perform regular audits of the data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Ensure all entered data adheres to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to resolve any data-related issues.
  • System Support:
  • Contribute to the development of data entry best practices and training materials.
