Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior PHP Developer
to join our team on an immediate contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in
PHP (7.x / 8.x)
and modern frameworks such as
Laravel and Livewire
, with proven experience in designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance backend and frontend systems.

This role requires strong technical acumen, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of robust and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using
    Laravel, Livewire, and Tailwind
  • Develop and integrate
    RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components
  • Optimize database performance and queries (
    MySQL, Oracle
    )
  • Collaborate with DevOps for
    CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AWS deployments
  • Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization to meet scalability requirements
  • Implement automated
    unit, integration, and functional testing
    (PHPUnit, Pest)
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and clean architecture principles

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in
    PHP (7.x / 8.x)
    with solid OOP principles
  • Strong knowledge of
    Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind
  • Hands-on experience with
    REST API development
    (JSON, OAuth2/JWT)
  • Database expertise:
    MySQL, Oracle
    (query optimization)
  • Familiarity with
    ReactJS, , , , TypeScript
  • DevOps tools:
    Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Experience with
    AWS cloud services
    and
    LAMP stack
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design capabilities
