ANAROCK is hiring for a proactive Sourcing Manager .Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify, approach, and onboard active and reliable Channel Partners (CPs) in the Borivali and surrounding micro-markets.
  • Build strong relationships with CPs to ensure their active participation in real estate project mandates.

CP Activation & Engagement

  • Plan and execute CP activation campaigns, including meetings, events, and promotional drives.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive footfall and lead generation through CP channels.
  • Regularly track CP performance and ensure consistent communication and motivation.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and external CPs.
  • Resolve queries, provide project information, and ensure alignment of sales goals.

Requirements :

  • 35 years of experience in real estate CP sourcing/activation, preferably in a mandate firm setup.
  • Strong understanding of the Borivali real estate market and local dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
