Job Profile: Billing Executive

Location: Bhagirath Palace, Delhi

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Book keeping on day-to-day basis (Sale, Purchase, Bank, Cash, Journal, etc)
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Experience with creating financial statements.
  • Knowledge of accounting software user TALLY and administration skills.
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
  • Bank reconciliation on the periodic basis.
  • Deduction and deposit of TDS.
  • Checking of Input and output GST.

Educational Qualification/Knowledge

  • Commerce Graduate
  • Well versed with Tally
  • Basic Knowledge of GST
  • Basic Knowledge of TDS
  • Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS word

Job Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year job experience.
  • Have prepared the vouchers and done day to day basis accounting
  • Have assisted in reconciling accounts, balance ledger

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
