Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving company revenue and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or self-generated leads.
Present and promote company products/services over the phone.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to build trust and close sales.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information, call activity, and sales progress.
Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer journey.
Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., telecom, insurance, software, etc.].
Ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).
Full-time, with possible evening or weekend shifts depending on business needs.
Commission or performance-based incentives.
