Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell company products/services
- Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions
- Provide accurate information about products/services and answer customer queries
- Maintain and update customer database with current information
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with team members and report performance to the sales manager
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Requirements:Female candidates only (as per business requirements)
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in [mention languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic, etc.]
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software
- High school diploma or higher education
