Job Title: International Account Manager

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description:

We are looking for an International Account Manager with strong experience in managing global

accounts, particularly across Singapore, Dubai, and the wider APAC region. The candidate

should have hands-on expertise in salary processing, banking operations, and tax compliance in

these regions, along with proven account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee key international accounts across Singapore, Dubai, and other APAC countries.
  • Handle salary processing, bank transactions, and tax-related activities in compliance with regional regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing account, payroll, and banking-related queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and customized solutions.
  • Monitor financial, tax, and compliance requirements for assigned regions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on account performance and compliance status to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • 3 + years of experience in international account management, payroll, and taxation.
  • Hands-on experience managing accounts in Singapore, Dubai, and APAC region is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of regional banking systems, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
