We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Python

and end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate has worked in fast-paced startup

environments and has played a critical role in building scalable, high-impact products from

the ground up. In this role, you will take ownership of architectural decisions, contribute across

the tech stack, and lead the development of robust, cloud-native web applications.

Key Responsibilities

● Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.

● Lead design discussions and define technical direction based on product goals.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver quality

software.

● Maintain a high standard of code quality, test coverage, and documentation.

● Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

● Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team.

● Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

● Strong architectural skills with experience designing distributed systems and APIs.

● Startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments.

● Product development experience: built, scaled, or owned critical features of a live

product.

● Proficiency in:

○ Backend: Python, Django

○ Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular

● Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web fundamentals.

● Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
