A Consultant is responsible for serving as an SAP production planning functional specialist on an implementation of SAP PP. A Consultant is also responsible for gathering documentation, implementation, testing of their assigned area functionality and coordinating all applicable areas of functional overlap. A Consultant validates as-is and to-be process flows and system integration from a user perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities. A Consultant leads the planning team in driving significant improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time-delivery (OTD) performance to give the company a competitive advantage in the marketplace

Essential Skills:

  • 5-6 years of SAP experience in PP Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Recipe/ Routing, Production Version
  • Candidate should have a thorough knowledge in PP-PI with 1-2 implementation projects experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 implementation Cycles experience in PP.
  • Knowledge in integrated areas like PP-QM, PP-CO.
  • Should have worked for multiple AMS customers.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Materials Requirement Planning with different strategies, MRP areas
  • Manufacturing process in Process Industry
  • Process Order Execution Order release, Goods Consumption, Confirmation, Completion of Orders, PI sheets
  • Batch management Shelf-Life Expiration Management, FEFO
  • Hands-on in MTO, MTS scenarios
  • Integration with MM & QM
  • Good to have RICEF
  • Should have worked with Indian AMS customers

  • Serialized products & Configurable Materials
  • Standard Costing of Products

  • Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
