Consultant liaises with project teams and client/stakeholders to evaluate the implementation of Cloud solutions using SAP PP-PI. He/ She is responsible for performing project activities and monitoring its progress, related to requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, system design and core table setup, testing and training in support of PP-PI modules. He/ She provides project status/inputs to the Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan is developed and manages day-to-day client(s) relationship.

Responsibilities

  1. PP Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Recipe/ Routing, Production Version
  2. Materials Requirement Planning with different strategies, MRP areas
  3. Manufacturing process in Process Industry
  4. Process Order Execution Order release, Goods Consumption, Confirmation, Completion of Orders, PI sheets
  5. Batch management Shelf-Life Expiration Management, FEFO
  6. Hands-on in MTO, MTS scenarios
  7. Integration with MM & QM
  8. RICEF
  9. 1-2 implementation projects experience
  10. Should have worked with Indian AMS customers
  11. 5 years of SAP experience

Preferred Skills:

  1. Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing
  2. Serialized products & Configurable Materials
  3. Standard Costing of Products

Candidate should have a thorough knowledge in PP-PI. A minimum of 1-2 implementation Cycles experience in PP. Knowledge in integrated areas like PP-QM, PP-CO. Should have worked for multiple AMS customers. Should have good communication skills.
