About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Agile Trainer who can turn theory into practice. Someone who not only understands Agile and Scrum but knows how to bring them to life in real project environments.

You'll design and lead training sessions that help teams connect Agile principles with real-world execution—especially within enterprise-scale software or energy/utility projects. Expect to guide participants through everything from sprint execution and backlog management to using Azure DevOps effectively for delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver interactive Agile and Scrum sessions tailored for corporate and tech teams.
  • Teach full-cycle Agile processes—planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Explain how SDLC has evolved (Waterfall → Agile → DevOps) using practical project examples.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in Azure DevOps: backlog setup, sprint boards, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Run live sprint simulations, user story workshops, and velocity tracking exercises.
  • Conduct case studies and practical labs—preferably tied to software or utility-sector projects.
  • Evaluate participants through assignments and retrospectives, and refine content based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

Certifications:

  • CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or similar Agile credentials.

Technical Know-how:

  • Strong command of Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) or similar tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and sprint metrics.

Training Experience:

  • 3+ years conducting corporate or professional Agile/Scrum training.
  • Comfortable leading hands-on, activity-based sessions that stick.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the utility, energy, or smart metering domains.
  • Familiarity with large-scale Agile or IoT-integrated projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Confident facilitator and mentor.
  • Great communicator with the ability to engage mixed-skill audiences.
  • Comfortable running remote sessions via Zoom, Teams, or Miro.

Engagement Details

  • Mode: Remote (Virtual Instructor-led)
  • Schedule: Flexible—hourly or session-based
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Bangalore (Preferred) | Remote (Available for online sessions)

Engagement: Hourly / Part-time

Experience: 8+ years total, including 3+ years as an Agile Coach or Certified Trainer
