Role Description

This full-time role as an Experienced Sales Manager - Travel Agent involves managing day-to-day tasks such as making reservations, providing excellent customer service, arranging travel logistics including car rentals, and handling overall travel arrangements for clients. This is an on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
  • Experience in Customer Service and Car Rental services
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with travel industry software and booking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
