A. Job Purpose

  • Lead the creation and implementation of innovative products and services that strengthen the organization's cargo offerings, aligned with strategic goals to enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to market launch, ensuring all products meet quality standards, operational requirements, and customer needs.

B. Key Accountabilities

Product Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for new product and service development.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation within the cargo sector.

Vendor Management

  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms and maintain strict quality standards.

  • Work closely with Commercial, In-flight Services, and Customer Experience teams to ensure products are seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints.

E. Educational & Experience Requirements

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum: 5–7 years' experience in the aviation industry with focus on product development.
  • Preferred: 10+ years in aviation, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within product development, ideally in cargo or commercial sectors.
