Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Executive / SEO Specialist with experience in a Digital Agency or Ad Agency environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility for FashionTV's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify SEO opportunities.

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve organic search rankings.

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the content, social media, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

  • Track, measure, and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

  • Monitor and report on search rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.

  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, and structured data.

  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

  • Assist in developing SEO-friendly content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and campaign pages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 0.6 – 6 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.

  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and make actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand SEO is an advantage.
