Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and passionate SEO Executive to manage, monitor, and enhance website visibility and ranking. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and apply both traditional and advanced SEO techniques — including GEO SEO, AIO, AEO, and SXO — to drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Page & Technical SEO

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits.

· Optimize meta tags, URLs, site architecture, internal linking, and page load speed.

· Ensure all pages comply with Google's E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.

· Implement schema markup, canonical tags, and structured data for better crawlability.

· Collaborate with the tech team to improve Core Web Vitals and ensure mobile-first optimization.

2. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

· Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.

· Identify high-authority backlink opportunities through guest posts, collaborations, and partnerships.

· Manage business listings, local citations, and NAP consistency for Local / GEO SEO.

3. Emerging SEO Practices

· Research, test, and implement modern SEO techniques such as:

o GEO SEO – Enhance local discoverability.

o AIO (AI-driven Optimization) – Use AI insights for content and keyword intent.

o AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) – Optimize for voice and AI-based search.

o SXO (Search Experience Optimization) – Improve user journey and engagement.

· Stay updated with algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

4. YouTube & Social Media SEO (Basic Exposure)

· Optimize YouTube videos for search (keywords, thumbnails, titles, tags, watch time).

· Suggest SEO-friendly content ideas for blogs and social campaigns.

· Coordinate with creative teams to align content with trending searches.

· Track analytics via YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

· Track keyword rankings, CTR, impressions, and organic performance.

· Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.

· Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest.

· Recommend improvements to boost website health, conversions, and engagement.

Who You Are (Requirements)

· Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, IT, or a related discipline.

· 0–2 years of SEO experience (internship or agency/in-house).

· Solid understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

· Familiarity with YouTube SEO and basic social media optimization.

· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.

· A proactive learner curious about AI search, voice SEO, and user experience optimization.

· Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
